Bighill Creek Preservation Society video released September 2023

Featuring the environmentally significant features of the Bighill Creek area and the importance of protecting this area this video was two years in the making. The engaging video includes drone footage and helps the viewer come to know this natural gem and the threats it faces. BCPS Board President Gerry Bietz and Vivian Pharis, untiring advocate for the area, narrate the video created by James Napoli. Jim has worked as a video producer and editor for 30 years. With a specialty in travel and wildlife productions, he has been sent on assignment to remote locations from the Arctic to the Antarctic and a wide variety of places in between. He has a passion for the natural world and being ‘out in the field’ getting stories of global efforts of conservation out to the public. Jim lives in Cochrane with his wife, April, and their two dogs and works for Lindblad Expeditions and National Geographic.
