Government of Alberta’s water enhancement initiative and BRBC’s Legislation and Policy Committee’s review of the government’s related online resources is featured in an informative article published in the September 2025 BRBC Newsletter.

The article reviews the recommendations made by BRBC’s committee. The BRBC Committee “appreciates the GoA’s recognition of the need for public input on such consequential amendments to the Water Act and looks forward to opportunities for further collaboration and engagement on EWA (enhancing water availability).
